2024 Freebie Friday #52 and 2025 Freebie Friday #1

It’s not a good 2025 start for me. 29 December was my son’s birthday and I completely believed his birthday fell on Saturday. I started preparing for his birthday on the 28th and kept believing that I had one more day (Sunday) to post my 2024 last freebie. It wasn’t a joke that I was very shocked that I was completely wrong. By then it was too late and I had a very busy week - putting away Christmas decorations, cleaning mess after Christmas, our family new year tradition, etc.

I have already planned this week’s freebie since before Christmas. I tried to work on it when my family was here. Unfortunately, I lost the battle to my kids and family. I chose to spend time with them when they were home. I know they would love me spending my time doing my own thing while they were here helping with the kids. It just feels rude besides I don’t see them a lot.

Anyhow… I designed some bookmarks and journal cards with quotes to jump start your 2025 as the last freebie of 2024. And for the first freebie of 2025, what can be better than a new year card set? A Chinese Lunar New Year card set, to be precise. 2025 is the year of the snake - wood snake. Even if you don’t have a friend to send these cards for, I believe you can use these cards for your oriental projects.
