I really thought I would have a calmer week. What a naive idea. No! My kindergarten daughter got a small injury for the second time within two weeks from the same student at school and it occupied my mind. It’s not a big injury and my brave girl wasn’t very upset. The other kid didn’t mean to do it, either. He just doesn’t know how to express himself. So far we are happy how the school handled this and are waiting for the result of the emergency meeting scheduled to discuss these accidents. Hopefully the school district will give the student the best help they can provide him.
Family issues aside, I barely make progress on the paper bag journal I started this week. I had shared my process turning my paper bags into a journal. (📽️ https://youtu.be/4fTH5W0wlMM). I also made a slight progress on the digital kit I am working on then decided to redid some pages (a small step forward then lots of step backwards 😅) and did another page for the Family of Kingfisher mini JJ freebie series.
