This week is a recovery week for me. This round of flu bout rendered me completely useless. While I didn’t cough a lot (I still coughed when I tried to talk), I was out of energy all day long. Even small activities like brushing my teeth consumed all my energy. And when I had energy, I preserved it to take care of my 16 month old son. And that’s why I couldn’t make any recording either tutorial or just a sharing video. 🙇
Thankfully, I felt much better since yesterday and I had been using my time to catch up houseworks - laundry, cleaning, and the unexpected midnight laundry to wash off my youngest daughter’s vomit (finger crossed she’s not sick again 🤞). Whenever the weather changes, they always get sick. Hopefully the weather will get steady soon.
I wouldn’t be able to do my weekly Friday Freebie had I not made an extra design before I caught my kids’ flu. I will need to make a couple more extra freebies and recordings for next week and the following weeks just in case any of the kiddos get sick again.
The freebie for this week continues the mini JJ kit Deep Sea Turtle. At the moment I only released it in my cloud storage. I will put the kit in my Ko-Fi once I finish it.
