I made this album last year for my ex-coworker (as you might have guessed, his name is Siva π). Our company relocated him and his family to US in April 2017. When he first moved here, he was busy with settling down and his wife could only stay at home while waiting for her work permit. And to make it worse, he is a lazy-to-go-out person (like my husband). So, on Labor Day Weekend 2017, I urged him to take his wife for a vacation and for an incentive, I promised him I will make him an album. He did took his wife for a short vacation and I did made an album for him. I made a prototype of it when I quit my job on my last month pregnancy (2 weeks after I quit, I gave birth). So, yeah, this album was made very slowly. Almost 9 months after I promised him, I finally finished and gave it to him. Last Christmas he told me that he still haven't put any pictures yet and he was planning to do it that Christmas holiday. LOL π
I made this album to hold tons and tons of pictures. I count it can hold 193 pictures - not counting the pockets. The size of the album is 9 x 11 with the cover, it's 9 1/2 x 11 1/2. I used almost a whole pack of paper pad (42 pieces plus 2 other pieces of paper) with some 4 1/4 x 12 leftover papers. I didn't decorate this album because I want it to be simple and easy to put in his bookshelf.
