I mentioned previously that for Christmas 2014 I made my husband's step nieces backpack. I haven't posted the picture of the backpacks till today because I was waiting the girls to receive it first. Well, it's been >1 month since Christmas. I haven't heard anything if the girls receive it. I sent it to their Grandma along with others gifts. I supposed they received it already. So, this is the picture of the backpacks.

These backpacks was for sisters. I made them identical backpacks. To differentiate their backpacks, I embroidered the girl's initial on the flap. I wasn't sure whether it's a bad or good idea to make identical backpacks. Each girl has their own personality and preferences. Growing up with an elder sister, I often got jealous of whatever my sister received. So, I made them (almost) identical backpacks. I haven't heard anything if they love/dislike it yet. I hope they love it.
